Delinquency Policy

Delinquent Account Policy
All charges for water services are due and payable by the 10th day of the month following billing.  The account is considered delinquent if it is not paid by this date.  The collection process is as follows:
 
  First A Delinquent Notice is mailed following the due date of the billing.  The delinquent notice is due two weeks from the date mailed.
  Second     A Final Notice of Shut-Off door hanger is delivered to the property following the due date of the Delinquent Notice.  The Final Notice total due includes a $10.00 fee and is due the following business day.
  Third A Notice of Shut-Off door hanger is delivered to the property and water service is shut-off.  To have water service restored, all past due bills, late charges, fees, and a turn-on fee must be paid.


Please contact West Slope Water District during business hours and an employee authorized to review bills and correct errors will be available to make payment arrangements.

General Fees and Policies
Non-sufficient funds fee is $25.00.
Turn-on fee for non-payment during business hours is $25.00.
Turn-on fee for non-payment during non-business hours is $50.00.
