About Us

District Profile
West Slope Water District is a municipal corporation that provides domestic water service to residential and commercial customers as well as water for fire protection.  The District goal is to provide adequate amounts of safe, clean drinking water at a rate sufficient to generate adequate revenues at the least possible cost.  The District is situated in Washing ton County, west of Portland, and is bounded by the Multnomah County line on the east and the City of Beaverton on the west.  Highway 26 marks the northern border and the Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway is generally the southern border.  Incorporated in 1922, the area within the District is about three-and-one-half square miles.  As of 2014, the District services a population of approximately 10,300.  

WSWD Board Meetings
We invite interested citizens to attend Board of Commissioners meetings on the third Wednesday of every month.  The meetings are held at 5:00 pm at 3105 SW 89th Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97225.
