The Finance and Customer Service Department is responsible for the effective and efficient managment of the District's financial resources and support to District customers. Finance and customer service staff is responsible for the daily operations of customer service, accounting, accounts payable, utility billing, payroll, insurance, benefits administration, web site management, and IT.
The Department also leads the preparation of the annual budget and annual comprehensive financial report, provides regular expense and revenue reports to the Board of Commissioners, and works with the District Manager on financial matters and policies.
